Boat Tax Cut 2026
South Carolina lawmakers have passed another bill delivering meaningful tax relief to boat owners across the state. The legislation (H.3858) creates a more consistent and predictable tax structure, reducing the tax burden on boat owners in South Carolina. The SC Association of Taxpayers applauds the General Assembly for advancing this common-sense reform and putting taxpayers first.
